القانون في ميزان اللسانيات والصوتيات The Law In The Balance Of Linguistics And Phonetics

الملخص
يروم هذا البحث إبراز العلاقة المعقدة والمكثفة بين القانون وعلمين مرتبطين باللغة، وهما اللسانيات والصوتيات. وعلى الرغم من أن القانون محدد من خلال المبادئ الأخلاقية المتواجدة في اللغة، وتمت صياغته وتنفيذه على أساس اللغة، إلا أن هناك جرائم في اللغة، وأخرى يكون حلها بتحليل الخطاب والاستعانة بالعلوم اللغوية، علاوة على أن بعض النصوص المنطوقة والمكتوبة صدرت أثناء ارتكاب الجرائم. لهذا كان من الضروري ابتكار علوم تقوم بتجميع الملحقات المتعلقة بالقانون واللغة في فئة واحدة، وتوظيف المعرفة اللغوية في حل القضايا القانونية على اختلافها. ونتج هذا التعالق ما يسمى باللسانيات الجنائية والصوتيات الجنائية. This research aims to highlight the complex and intense relationship between law and two sciences related to language, namely linguistics and phonetics. Although the law is defined by the moral principles found in language, and was formulated and implemented on the basis of language, there are crimes in language, and others that can be resolved by analyzing discourse and using linguistic sciences, in addition to some spoken and written texts issued during the commission of crimes. That is why it was necessary to invent sciences that group the attachments related to law and language in one category, and to employ linguistic knowledge in solving various legal issues. This interaction resulted in the so-called forensic linguistics and forensic phonetics.
