أهمية الأمن المعلوماتي بالمؤسسة الاقتصادية

الملخص

تهدف الدراسة إلى إبراز أهمية الأمن المعلوماتي بمؤسسة توزيع الكهرباء والغاز بورقلة؛ ولمعالجة هذا الموضوع تم الاعتماد على الخلفية النظرية لأمن المعلومات واستعراض أهم المستجدات حول الموضوع في الجانب النظري، أما ما تعلق بالجزء التطبيقي فقد تم الاعتماد على أسلوب المقابلة مع رئيس قسم نظم المعلومات بذات المؤسسة مع استعراض لأهم وثائق المؤسسة التي تم التحصل عليها أثنا فترة البحث. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها أن أمن المعلومات يعتبر من الركائز الضرورية في حماية المؤسسة من الأضرار الناجمة عن الهجمات التي تتعرض إليها نظم المعلومات والتي تؤثر على بيانات ومعلومات الخاصة بالمؤسسة؛ كما تسمح السياسات الأمنية المتبعة بالمؤسسة بزيادة أداء كافة الأجهزة والبرامج، وتمكننا من السيطرة على مخاطر التي تهدد نظم المعلومات بالمؤسسة وذلك بغية ضمان أمن المعلومات وسريتها لذلك تتبع المؤسس طرق ملائمة؛ مثل الجدران النارية وكلمة السر والتشفير لهدف عدم إفشاء البيانات والمعلومات المخزونة التي قد تؤثر على أداء المؤسسة، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى جملة من التوصيات لعل أبرزها ضرورة الانفتاح على التجارب العالمية في مجال أمن المعلومات للاستفادة من تطبيقها في المؤسسات الاقتصادية مع ضرورة توسيع برنامج أمن المعلومات في مؤسسة توزيع الكهرباء والغاز كما يجب على المؤسسة اتخاذ التدابير الضرورية والقيام بالممارسات العملية اللازمة لنشر ثقافة أمن وسرية المعلومات في مختلف المستويات الإدارية عن طريق إعداد البرامج التدريبية This study aims to highlight the importance of information security at the Electricity and Gas Distribution Company in Ouargla. To address this topic, the study relied on the theoretical background of information security and reviewed the most recent developments in the field in its theoretical aspect. Regarding the applied part, the interview method was used with the Head of the Information Systems Department at the same company, along with a review of key company documents obtained during the research period. The study yielded a set of results, the most important of which is that information security is a fundamental pillar in protecting the company from damages resulting from cyberattacks targeting its information systems, which affect the company's proprietary data and information. Furthermore, the security policies implemented by the company enhance the performance of all hardware and software, and enable the control of risks threatening the company's information systems, aiming to ensure information security and confidentiality. Consequently, the company employs appropriate methods—such as firewalls, passwords, and encryption—to prevent the disclosure of stored data and information that could impact the company's performance. The study concluded with a number of recommendations, most notably the necessity of engaging with global experiences in the field of information security to benefit from their application in economic institutions. It also emphasized the need to expand the information security program at the Electricity and Gas Distribution Company. Moreover, the company should take necessary measures and implement practical practices to disseminate a culture of information security and confidentiality across various administrative levels through the development of training programs.
