الملخص
الملخص : تهدف هذه الدراسة الى التعرف على جودة حياة العمل وأهميتها في المؤسسة من خلال تطبيق برامج تعمل على خلق بيئة عمل صحية وآمنة وزيادة رضا العاملين من خلال اشباع حاجاتهم ومتطلباتهم وتوفير التشجيع الكافي الذي يحتاجه العامل لتوظيف قدراته وإمكانياته لتحقيق مستقبل وظيفي ناجح لهم وبالتالي تؤدي الى التميز في الاداء وزيادة الانتاجية. Abstract The aim of the study is to identify the Quality of life at work, and its importance in institution by applying programs that create a healthy and safe environment at work, and increase the satisfaction of works by satisfying then needs and Requirements. besidies providing adequiate encouragement that the workers need to employ their abilities and capabilities to achieve a successful functional future for them, and thus lead to excellence in performance and increased productivity.
