تشخيص واقع خدمة الحوسبة السحابية في المؤسسة الوطنية للتأمين 2a

الملخص
من خلال هذه الدراسة نحاول الإحاطة بأهم الأسس النظرية المتعلقة بخدمة الحوسبة السحابية كتقنية حديثة تتجه معظم المؤسسات للاستفادة منها مما لها من مزايا خاصة بتدنية التكاليف وكذا تسهيل الاعمال الإدارية بالإضافة الى تفعيل الاتصال الداخلي و الخارجي أيضا، كما تتيح للمديرين الولوج الى قواعد بيانات المؤسسة من أي مكان و زمان، ولكن في ظل كل هذه المزايا يبق عنصر الامن الالكتروني تحدي كبير بالنسبة لموردي الخدمة، اذ اعتمدنا في الدراسة على دراسة الحالة من خلال تشخيص واقع خدمة الحوسبة السحابية بمؤسسة التأمين 2A اذ توصلنا الى ان الخدمة حققت عدة مكاسب للمؤسسة أهمها تسهيل الاعمال الادرية تخفيض التكاليف و كذا الوقت، بالإضافة الى سهولة الوصول للمعلومة، لكن يبق تحدي الامن كما اسلفنا الذكر. Through this study, we attempt to outline the most important theoretical foundations related to cloud computing services as a modern technology that most organizations are trending towards utilizing. This is due to its distinct advantages, particularly cost reduction and the facilitation of administrative tasks, in addition to enhancing both internal and external communication. It also enables managers to access the organization's databases from any location and at any time. However, despite all these advantages, cybersecurity remains a significant challenge for service providers. In this study, we adopted a case study methodology by diagnosing the reality of cloud computing services at the insurance company '2A'. We concluded that the service has achieved several gains for the company, the most important being the facilitation of administrative work, the reduction of costs and time, in addition to ease of access to information. Nonetheless, the security challenge persists, as previously mentioned.
