Motivation Relationship To National Painting Corporation Workers’ Performance. Oran Unit.

Abstract

This article provides a basic analysis of the relationship between motivation and the level of performance of employees of the National SPSS Paints Oran Unit. The results were obtained after statistical treatment using a model There is an effect of motivation on the performance of employees, as there are other complementary elements to motivation, such as loyalty to the organization, job stability and love of belonging to the organization. .
