ملحص: تعالجهذهالدراسةإسهاماتمشاريعالشراكةالصناعيةفيتعزيزالاستثمارالتكنولوجيلاسيمافيمابينالشركاتالصناعيةالغربيةوالدولالنامية،وبيانمالهامنأهميةفينقلالتكنولوجياوالخبرةالفنية،والتعاونفيمجالالإنتاجبمافيهالبحثوالتطوير،وغيرها. وتوصلنافينهايةذلكإلىأنالشراكةالصناعيةعبارةعنزواجمصالح،كلطرففيهايقدمحصتهالخاصةتحقيقالمصالحمشتركة،غيرأنهالمتحظىبالتنظيمالقانونيالملائمرغمحساسيتهاوكثرةالتعاملفيها. : Abstract This study deals with the contributions of industrial partnership projects in promoting technological investment, especially among Western industrial companies and developing countries, and showing their importance in the transfer of technology and technical expertise, and cooperation in the field of production, including research and development, and others In the end, we concluded that the industrial partnership is a marriage of interests, in which each party presents its own share in order to achieve common interests, but it did not have the appropriate legal regulation despite its sensitivity and the large number of dealings in it
