الملخص
يملك رئيس الجمهورية في النظام الدستوري والسياسي الجزائري مركزا مرموقا ونافذا، وهو ما يظهر في الكم الكبير من المهام المسندة إليه ومن السلطات الممنوحة له. وقد تمت الإشارة إلى ذلك بالمقارنة مع دساتير دولية مختلفة وهي: الفرنسي، الأمريكي، المصري، الياباني، الألماني، الجنوب أفريقي، والتونسي. In the Algerian constitutional and political system, the President of the Republic has an influential position, which is evident in the large number of tasks assigned to him and the powers granted to him. The comparative study was with different international constitutions, namely: the French, the American, the Egyptian, the Japanese, the German, the South African, and the Tunisian.
