Le rôle des méthodes modernes de relaxation mentale dans l’amélioration du niveau de performance de l’athlète

بن رقية عابد,  معروف سعيد,  برادعي عبد الحميد,
2025-02-22

Résumé: The role of modern mental relaxation methods in improving the performance level of the competitive athlete. Sports performance depends on a high level of mental presence of the player during training and competition, and this can only be achieved by the availability of the relaxation factor in the player. Many players may fail to achieve their best performance levels due to nervous tension, anxiety, and the control of nervous reactions over the body and mind accompanying their participation in sports competitions instead of controlling them and directing them in favor of performance. Relaxation training occupies a special importance within the program for preparing players of international sports levels. It has become common for the preparation program to include a special program for teaching and developing the player's ability to relax

Presentation of the historical stages of the maximum aerobic power of the child (from 1938 to the presentday).

Goumidi Mohammed Lamine,
2025-03-12

Résumé: The energyrequired to perform a prolongedsub-maximum or maximum exercisedependsessentially on aerobicmetabolism. Cross-country (2000-3000 m) or cross-country (10 km in the Marathon) eventsrequire a particularly high aerobicability. However, thisaerobicabilityislargely multi-factorial (Noakes, 1988). It has been shownthattwosubjects can have identical maximum oxygenconsumption (VO2max) but obtainverydifferentchronometric performances, up to more thanthree minutes over a 10 km (Morgan et al., 1989). However, itturns out that in activities lasting about seven minutes, a high VO2 max is a necessary condition, but not sufficient. For example, the mechanicalefficiencythatis how to spendenergyduring a trip (withequalamount of energy, isit a large or smallconsumer?) is a performance factor that must beconsidered.

effect of small sided 3Vs3 playing exercise on CMJ performance for U17 football Players

بودواني غبد الرزاق,
2025-03-23

Résumé: The objective of our study is to optimize situations with balloon. 24 players from the U17 inter-league level participated in all randomized entry-exit evaluation tests and training protocol, divided into 2 groups U17(n=12) and U16(n=12) of respective age, CMI tests show a significant difference in pre- and post-protocol. The RPE shows a slight deterioration in the U16 team's performance compared to a moderate deterioration in the U17 team's performance. The dominant force is the equivalent force of a density of 104 13 m2 per player (model Nick BROAD), this confirms the effect of our type of games on the neuromuscular plane. So a training with a contextualized 3c3 game is effective on the performance in CMJ.
