مجلة الراصد العلمي، مجلة علمية دولية محكمة ومفهرسة، تصدر عن مخبر "تحليل، تنميط وتصميم المنتجات الإعلامية في الميادين الاقتصادية، الاجتماعية والسياسية" (جامعة وهران 01- أحمد بن بلة)، وهي تعتني بنشر الدراسات الجادة والبحوث العلمية المبتكرة الأصيلة، التي لم يسبق نشرها، والتي تستجيب لشروط البحث العلمي وخطواته؛ على أن تتصف بالشمول والدقة والمنهجية الواضحة والأسلوب العلمي الجاد. والنشر في مجلة الراصد العلمي مفتوح لكل الباحثين من داخل الوطن وخارجه في كافة مجالات العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية والاقتصادية والسياسية، وباللغات الثلاثة (العربية، الانجليزية، الفرنسية)، وهي تهدف بذ لك إلى تعزيز التواصل بين الباحثين في عدة مجالات من أجل ترقية مستوى البحث العلمي وتطويره......................................................... El Rassid El Ilmi est une revue scientifique internationale indexée et publiée par le laboratoire "Analyse et conception de modèles médiatiques dans les domaines : économique, social et politique" (Université d'Oran 01 - Ahmed Ben Bella), son objectif consiste à publier des études sérieuses et des recherches scientifiques innovantes et authentiques, qui n'ont pas été publiées préalablement et qui répondent aux exigences et aux étapes de la recherche scientifique. Ces recherches et études doivent être caractérisées par une exactitude, précision, une méthodologie claire et un style scientifique sérieux. La publication dans la revue El Rassid El Ilmi est ouverte à tous les chercheurs nationaux et étrangers dans tous les domaines des sciences humaines, sociales, économiques et politiques, par les trois langues (arabe, anglais, français), elle vise à améliorer la communication entre les chercheurs dans plusieurs domaines afin de promouvoir et développer le niveau de la recherche scientifique................................................................................................................................................ El Rassid El Ilmi is an international scientific journal indexed and published by the laboratory "Analysis and design of media models in the fields: economic, social and political" (University of Oran 01 - Ahmed Ben Bella), its objective is to publish serious studies and innovative and authentic scientific research, that have not been published in advance and that answer to the requirements and steps of the scientific research. These researches and studies must be characterized by an accuracy, precision, a clear methodology and a serious scientific style. The publication in the journal El Rassid El Ilmi is open to all national and foreign researchers in all fields of the humanities, social, economic and political, by the three languages (Arabic, English, French), it aims to improve communication between researchers in several fields to promote and develop the level of scientific research.

دعوة للنشر

يطيب لهيئة تحرير مجلة الراصد العلمي الدولية المحكمة والتي يصدرها مخبر تحليل وتصميم النماذج الإعلامية في التاريخ، الاقتصاد، الاجتماع والسياسة جامعة وهران 1 أحمد بن بلة، دعوة الباحثين والأكاديميين من مختلف الجامعات والمراكز البحثية من داخل الجزائر وخارجها لنشر بحوثهم العلمية الرصينة والتي تدخل ضمن اهتمامات المجلة في العدد الأول من المجلد 13 لشهر جوان 2026. وتنوه هيئة التحرير إلى أن عملية استقبال المقالات تتم حصرا عبر حساب المجلة على منصة المجلات العلمية الجزائرية.ASJP

تستقبل المجلة المقالات ذات الصلة بالعلوم الاجتماعية والعلوم الإنسانية والعلوم الاقتصادية والعلوم السياسية باللغات الآتية: العربية والفرنسية والإنجليزيـــة .
