الملخص

ملخص: تعاني مدننا اليوم العديد من المشاكل،التي دفعت بالعديد من دول العالم عامة و الجزائر خاصة،لإيجاد الحلول لها،أهمها سياسة إقامة المدن الجديدة التي أصبحت مطلبا ضروريا،لتحقيق التنمية الحضرية،فقد جاءت كردة فعل على التحولات الجذرية والسريعة التي عرفها المجتمع الجزائري،و التي تميزت بضغوطات قوية على المجتمع و التنمية و كانت فكرة إقامة المدن الجديدة قرارا سياسيا،و تخطيطيا موجها،وفقا للإمكانيات المادية و الاقتصادية،مع مراعاة القيم الثقافية و الاجتماعية للسكان.و على الرغم من ذلك إلا أن هذه السياسات اصطد مت بمشكلات كبيرة. Abstract Our cities today suffer from many problems, which have led many countries in the world in general and Algeria in particular to find solutions to them. The most important of these is the policy of establishing new cities that have become a necessary requirement for urban development. This is a reaction to the radical and rapid transformations experienced by Algerian society. Which was characterized by strong pressures on society and development. The idea of establishing new cities was a political decision and a planned plan, in accordance with the material and economic potential, taking into account the cultural and social values of the population.
