Abstract

This research aims to investigate the impact of human capital management on achieving the national banks competitive advantage.Using a multiple regression analysis, results show that the drivers of HCM: competenceand motivation & commitment have significant positive effect on banks’ competitive advantage, where competence has the strongest effect.
