واقع الحكومة الإلكترونية وتكنولوجيا الاتصال الحديثة في الجزائر

الملخص
الملخص: إن تطور مصادر الاتصال المعلومات كماً ونوعاً، وكذلك الموضوعات المتشعبة والمتداخلة التي تعكسها، قد فرضت علينا اللجوء إلى تكنولوجيا الاتصال المعاصرة، كنتيجة حتمية لتأمين السيطرة على المعلومات، وتهيئتها للباحثين والمستفيدين الآخرين بالسرعة والدقة والشمولية التي يتطلبها منطق العصر، وما يمكن ملاحظته من خلال التطور الهائل الذي شهده العالم في عدة قطاعات، ظهور أنماط جديدة لإدارة المجتمعات ومنها الحكومة الإلكترونية، وتعتبر الحكومة الإلكترونية أحد أنماط الإدارة المعاصرة والمستحدثة، وقد شكلت رهانا وتحديا من التحديات العولمة، نظرا لما تتوفر عليه من سرعة في أداء الخدمات، وكذا في نوعية وجودة تقديم هذه الخدمات Abstract: The evolution of the sources of contact information in quantity and quality, as well as the complex and cross-cutting themes which reflected, had imposed we must resort to the contemporary communication technology, as a result of the imperative to secure control of the information, and configuration of researchers and other users speed, accuracy and completeness required by the logic of the age, what can be seen through the huge development that the world has witnessed in several sectors, the emergence of new patterns to manage communities, including e-government, e-government is one of the contemporary management patterns suited and has established a bet a challenge of globalization, because of the speed is available in the performance of services, as well as in the quality and provision of these services.
