Résumé

Nikos KAZANTZAKI novel « Alexis ZORBA » and Louis GAUTHIER novel « Voyage au Maghreb en l'an mil quatre cent de l'Hégire » presented an identical quest under two angles totally different We will demonstrate not only the complexity of this quest but also its different ways of realising .It writing and exile represent two perspectives that ill allow the exile to achieve else where,which ill discover the identity through meeting with for eigners of others.
