The General Concept Of International Criminal Protection Of Human Rights

Abstract
international protection is no less important than other topics of international law, nor does it fall short in raising jurisprudential and legal disputes in order to determine the true meaning of this term and to understand its correct concept. International protection sometimes represents an action taken by the international community to prevent violations of human rights, and more often it is a reaction to the violation of these rights. لا تقل الحماية الدولية عن غيرها من مواضيع القانون الدولي أهمية، و لا تقصر عن غيرها في إثارة الخلافات الفقهية والقانونية, للوقوف على حقيقة هذا المصطلح و معرفة المفهوم الصحيح له ، فالحماية الدولية تمثل في بعض الأحيان فعل من المجتمع الدولي لتجنب انتهاك حقوق الإنسان، وفي الأغلب ردة فعل على انتهاك هذه الحقوق .
