الملخص
مستخلص: تناولت الورقة أثر نمو القطاع الصناعي على التجارة الخارجية في السودان (1990 – 2020 ) وتمثلت المشكلة في السؤال: هل لنمو القطاع الصناعي تأثير على التجارة الخارجية متمثلة في الصادرات والواردات؟ اتبع البحث المنهج القياسي عن طريق استخدام طريقة المربعات الصغرى العادية وبالتحديد نموذج الانحدار الخطي المتعدد وتوصل البحث الى عدة نتائج : أهمها وجود علاقة طردية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين المتغيرات المستقلة محل الدراسة: (القطاع الصناعي، تمويل القطاع الصناعي، تمويل الصادرات، تمويل الواردات ) والمتغير التابع ( الصادرات والواردات )، إذ تؤثر المتغيرات المستقلة على المتغير التابع بنسبة 93%، بالإضافة إلى الدور الفعال لسياسات التمويل في المساهمة في ارتفاع وانخفاض نمو القطاع الصناعي، وأن سياسات التجارة الخارجية ذات تأثير كبير على نمو وتقدم التجارة، توصى الورقة بتبني سياسات اقتصادية تراعى العلاقة الطردية بين نمو الصناعة والتجارة الخارجية بالإضافة إلى زيادة الاهتمام بالقطاع الصناعي من حيث سياسات التمويل والاستثمار وتخفيض الضريبية الجمركية من اجل تشجيع الصادرات والاهتمام بالهيكل الاقتصادي لإنتاج سلع ذات قيمة مضافة ذات عوائد عالية يتم تصديرها إلى الخارج. Abstract: The research dealt with the impact of the growth of the industrial sector on foreign trade in Sudan (1990 - 2020). The research problem was represented in the following main question: Does the growth of the industrial sector have an impact on foreign trade represented in exports and imports? In order to answer this question, the research followed the standard approach by using the squares method. Ordinary minor, specifically the multiple linear regression model, and the research reached several results: the most important of which is the existence of a direct Relationship with statistical significance between the independent variables under study (industrial sector, industrial sector financing, export financing, import financing) and the dependent variable (exports and imports). on the dependent variable by 93%, in addition to the effective role of financing policies in contributing to the rise and fall of the growth of the industrial sector, foreign trade policies have a significant impact on the growth and progress of trade. Accordingly, the researcher recommended the adoption of economic policies that take into account the positive relationship between the growth of industry and foreign trade, in addition to increasing interest in the industrial sector in terms of financing and investment policies, in addition to modifying the customs aspects and foreign trade policies in order to encourage exports, in addition to paying attention to the economic structure in order to produce value-added goods. High returns are exported abroad.
