ABSTRACT This study aims to develop a dynamic mathematical model based on ordinary differential equations (ODEs) to analyze the temporal evolution of consumer behavior under the influence of digital marketing campaigns. The proposed model incorporates four core behavioral variables representing sequential stages of the marketing response—Awareness (A), Interest (I), Conversion (T), and Loyalty (L)—along with external inputs capturing campaign intensity (P) and exposure frequency (f). A system of differential equations was formulated to describe the time-dependent rates of change of these variables, with model parameters estimated using empirical field data and established theoretical insights. The study adopts a quantitative applied methodology based on a sample of 500 consumers, utilizing highly reliable survey instruments (Cronbach’s α = 0.87), complemented by numerical simulations implemented in MATLAB over a 180-day period. Simulation results reveal that consumer behavior follows a nonlinear and cumulative trajectory, characterized by alternating phases of acceleration and deceleration, particularly in awareness and conversion. Empirical findings indicate a 28% increase in awareness during the first four weeks (ANOVA F = 18.7, p < 0.001), a moderate response in interest (r = 0.58), and a gradual convergence of loyalty toward a dynamic equilibrium level of 0.7, with strong explanatory power (R² = 0.82). The proposed dynamic model outperforms traditional linear approaches by 35% in predictive accuracy and effectively identifies the conversion–loyalty gap (T–L gap = 0.3), enabling potential campaign budget savings of 20–30%. Results further demonstrate that sustained, well-planned campaigns—particularly those emphasizing consistent exposure frequency—are more effective than short-term intensive efforts in fostering long-term conversion and loyalty. Overall, the study contributes to more efficient marketing resource allocation and bridges the Hierarchy of Effects framework with continuous-time quantitative modeling. Future research is encouraged to integrate psychological, social, and economic factors to further enhance predictive performance in digital marketing environments. Keywords: consumer behavior, differential equations, digital marketing, marketing dynamics, ODE modeling, customer loyalty.
