Analysis Of Goals Scored In The 2025 Africa Cup Of Nations In Morocco

Abstract
This study aimed to analyze the goals scored during the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations, focusing on the method of goal scoring, timing of goals, scoring zones, and body parts used, as well as determining the relative contribution of each indicator to the total goals scored. The study included all participating national teams as the research sample and employed a descriptive survey methodology due to its suitability for the nature of the research problem. Data were collected using a standardized pedagogical observation grid, through which video recordings of all matches were meticulously analyzed, encompassing a total of 121 goals scored across 52 matches
