دور علم السموم الجنائي في تحقيق العدالة الجنائية. The Role Of Forensic Toxicology In Achieving Criminal Justice.

الملخص

عند الحديث عن علم السموم الجنائي والذي يعتبر فرعا من علم السموم ينسى الكثيرون أن هذا العلم هو أحد العلوم المساعدة للعلوم الجنائية في الوقت الحالي والذي يلعب دورا هاما في تحقيق العدالة الجنائية، ذلك أن القضايا تختلف. وإذا كانت العديد من القضايا يتم استخدام أساليب التحقيق التقليدية فيها غير أن جزء آخر من القضايا لا يمكن حلها دون تدخل علم السموم وهنا نقصد بالتحديد الوفيات الغامضة، تعاطي جرعات زائدة من المخدرات سواء كانت بقصد جنائي أو دون قصد، التسميم...الخ، إضافة لهذا فهناك بعض الحالات لا تظهر عليها أعراض واضحة ما تجعل الجثة تظهر بشكل طبيعي ودون إجراء تحليل للسموم يمكن اعتبار الوفاة طبيعية. فضلا عن ذلك نجد أن بعض المواد السامة لا تترك أثر مثل الزرنيخ، والسيانيد والتي لا يمكن الكشف عنها دون تحليلات سمية معمقة، وهو ما سنحاول من خلال هذا البحث الحديث عنه ومحاولة التعريف بهذا العلم ودوره في تحقيق العدالة الجنائية. When talking about forensic toxicology, which is a branch toxicology, many people forget that this science is one of the auxiliary sciences to forensic sciences today. and plays an important role in achieving criminal justice This is because cases vary. While many cases utilize traditional investigative methods, others cannot be solved without the intervention of toxicology. Here, we specifically refer to mysterious deaths, drug overdoses, whether intentional or accidental, poisoning, etc. in addition to this, there are some cases that do not show obvious symptoms that do not make the disease appear naturally and do not carry out an analysis of the poison. For example, we find that some of the toxic substances do not leave traces, such as zinc and cyanide, which cannot be detected without in-depth toxicological analysis, and we will not try to talk about it during this research and try to identify this knowledge in the criminal justice investigation.
