إجراءات المسح العقاري في القانون الجزائري

الملخص
الملخص: يعدُّ المسح العقاري أهم وسيلة لتنظيم المجال العقاري؛ فهو في النهاية يؤدي إلى إنشاء الدفاتر العقارية، وإعداد السجل العيني من أجل تسهيل تعريف العقارات وشهر التصرفات التي ترد عليها، والقضاء على كثير من المنازعات قبل نشوئها. ولا شك أن المسح العقاري يتشكل من مجموعة من الإجراءات القانونية والفنية المختلفة، والتي تبدأ بصدور قرار افتتاح المسح، وإنشاء لجنة المسح التي تتابع العملية، وتشكيل فرق المسح التي تتولى الأعمال الميدانية من إنجاز المخططات ومطابقتها وتعيين الحدود وإجراء التحقيق العقاري؛ للوصول في الأخير إلى إتمام العملية، وتحقيق الغرض من المسح. Abstract: The real estate survey is the most important way to organize the real estate field. In the end, it leads to the establishment of real estate books, the preparation of the real estate register in order to facilitate the definition of real estate and the publicity of the actions that related to it, and the elimination of many disputes before they arise. There is no doubt that the real estate survey consists of a set of different legal and technical procedures, which begin with the issuance of the decision to open the survey, the establishment of the survey committee that follows up the process, and the formation of survey teams that undertake field work from completing and matching plans, setting boundaries and conducting a real estate investigation; To finally reach the completion of the process, and to achieve the purpose of the survey.
