الملخص
الملخص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى توضيح مفهوم الخبير الإكتواري ودوره في المؤسسات التأمينية، مع إبراز المعايير المهنية التي تحكم ممارسته، وتحليل مساهمته في تطبيق إدارة مخاطر المؤسسات من خلال مختلف المنهجيات،. كما تناولت الدراسة أهمية إدارة المخاطر في شركات التأمين وأدواتها ومراحلها في ظل تزايد المخاطر المالية والتنظيمية. خلصت الدراسة إلى أن الخبير الإكتواري يشكل عنصرًا أساسيًا في فعالية إدارة مخاطر المؤسسات التأمينية، لما يقدمه من قياس كمي للمخاطر، ودعم للحوكمة والامتثال، بما يضمن استدامة مؤسسات التأمين. كلمات مفتاحية: الخبير الاكتواري ،إدارة المخاطر ،مؤسسات التأمين تصنيفاتJEL : G22، G32، D81 Abstract: This study aimed to clarify the concept of the actuary and its role within insurance institutions, highlighting the professional standards governing actuarial practice and analyzing its contribution to the implementation of Enterprise Risk Management through various methodologies. The study also addressed the importance of risk management in insurance companies, along with its tools and stages, in light of increasing financial and regulatory risks. The study concluded that the actuary constitutes a fundamental element in the effectiveness of enterprise risk management in insurance institutions, due to the quantitative measurement of risks and the support provided for governance and regulatory compliance, thereby ensuring the sustainability of insurance companies.
