الملخص
الـملخص: (بالعربيّة) منذ الاحتلال الفرنسي للجزائر، اعتمدت الإدارة الاستعمارية أنظمة مختلفة للسيطرة على الأراضي المحتلة، أبرزها الحكم العسكري، ونظام المكاتب العربية، ثم نظام البلديات المختلطة. وكانت بلدية عين بسام المختلطة إحدى هذه الوحدات الإدارية، التي أثّر تنظيمها في الحياة الاقتصادية والاجتماعية لسكانها والدواوير المحيطة بها. وتبحث هذه الدراسة في أهم التطورات التاريخية التي عرفتها البلدية خلال الفترة الاستعمارية، في الجوانب الاقتصادية والاجتماعية للسكان. كما تسلط الضوء على أشكال التمايز الاجتماعي بين المستوطنين الأوروبيين والسكان الأصليين في ظل النظام الاستعماري. وتعتمد الدراسة أساسًا على المصادر الأولية، ولا سيما الصحف الفرنسية المعاصرة والتقارير الرسمية الصادرة عن السلطات الاستعمارية. وتوفر هذه المصادر أدلة مهمة لإعادة بناء تاريخ بلدية عين بسام المختلطة وفهم التحولات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية للمجتمع المحلي. Abstract : (In English) Since the French occupation of Algeria, the colonial administration adopted various systems to control the occupied territories, notably military rule, the system of Arab Offices, and later the mixed commune system. Ain Bessem Mixed Commune was one of these administrative units, whose organization affected the economic and social life of its inhabitants and surrounding douars. This study examines the main historical developments of the commune during the colonial period, with particular focus on the economic and social conditions of its population. It also highlights the forms of social differentiation between European settlers and the indigenous Algerian population. The study relies on primary sources, particularly contemporary French newspapers and official reports issued by the colonial authorities. These sources provide valuable evidence for reconstructing the history of Ain Bessem Mixed Commune and understanding the economic and social dynamics of local society under French colonial rule.
