Abstract

This study examines a contemporary shift in Educational Management, movingthe classroom from traditional instruction to an interactive environment centered on the "Child as Leader" perspective. The research aims to analyze how effective educational management contributes to competency building in learners, using the Canadian Experience as a premier model. Through a descriptive and analytical approach, the study explores the mechanisms of transforming the learner into a strategic partner in the educational process by delegating decision-making and activity-management responsibilities. The findings indicate that this model significantly enhances core competencies such as self-efficacy, communication, and initiative. The study concludes that fostering a culture of participatory leadership within the classroom not only elevates educational quality but also provides the methodological framework for developing leadership-ready personalities capable of navigating future challenges within the knowledge society
