انعكاسات المسكن العمودي على الحياة الاجتماعية للأسرة والطفل : دراسة ميدانية على المدينة الجديدة في مدينة قالمة.

الملخص
الملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل انعكاسات المسكن العمودي على الحياة الاجتماعية للأسرة والطفل في المدينة الجديدة بمدينة قالمة، من خلال مقاربة سوسيومعمارية ميدانية تجمع بين التحليل الكمي والنوعي، تنطلق الدراسة من تساؤل مركزي حول مدى ملاءمة خصائص المسكن العمودي - تصميما داخليا وفضاء خارجيا - لاحتياجات الطفل النفسية والاجتماعية وللعلاقات الأسرية، اعتمد استبيان موجَه لعينة قصدية من خمسين أسرة، مع تحليل سوسيومعماري للفضاءات المدروسة، أظهرت النتائج وجود ارتباط دال إحصائيا بين جودة التصميم الداخلي وكل من استقلالية الطفل (r=0.84) وصحته النفسية (r=0.66) وعلاقاته الاجتماعية (r=0.55)، فضلا عن علاقة قوية جدا بين توفر المساحات الخارجية المشتركة والتفاعل الاجتماعي للطفل (r=0.95)، توصي الدراسة بضرورة إدماج البعد الاجتماعي والتربوي في سياسات الإسكان الحضري لضمان بيئة سكنية صحية ومتكاملة للأسرة والطفل. ABSRACT ;this study aims to analyze the repercussions of vertical housing on the social life of families and children in the new city of Guelma, throughsocio-architectural approach combining quantitative and qualitative analysis. The study addresses a central question regarding the extent to which vertical housing characteristics -in terms of interior design and outdoor spaces -meet the psychological and social needs of children and support family relationships, A questionnaire was administered to a purposive sample of fifty families, complemented by socio-architectural analysis of the studied spaces. Results revealed statistically significant correlations between interior design quality and child autonomy (r=0.84), psychological health (r=0.66), and social relationships (r=0.55), alongside a very strong association between the availability of shared outdoor spaces and children's social interaction (r=0.95), The study recommends integrating social and educational dimensions into urban housing policies to ensure a healthy and comprehensive residential environment for families and children.
