Environmental Aspects Of The Subdivision Permit Under Algerian Legislation

Abstract
The subdivision permit is one of the most important instruments of prior administrative control over construction activities, as it provides protection for land and property within the boundaries established by law. Since the subdivision permit is a key tool employed by the administration in its activity and constitutes a central element in the performance of public service, the legislator requires that specific procedures be followed in order to obtain it, thereby ensuring the rights of individuals and upholding the principle of legality
