الملخص
يستمر الاحتلال الإسرائيلي في عدوانه الممنهج على غزة منذ السابع من أكتوبر، مستخدمًا أعنف التكنولوجيا الحربية في حصد الأرواح ومحو هوية القطاع، واختراق كافة المواثيق والمعاهدات الدولية مما خَلف الكثير من الكوارث الإنسانِية، من التشريد والتهجير القسري والتجويع ومهاجمة المستشفيات والمدارس والمراكز الثقافية والقصف العشوائي. وعلى رأس هذه الكوارث ما يعانِيه الأطفال الفلسطينيين الذين فقدوا أحد والديْهم أو كليهما بسبب ظروف الحرب، حيث أن مصيرًا صعبًا ينتظرهم على المستوى القانوني والمستوى الواقِعي. لذا، ومن خلال هذا البحث أسلط الضوء على هذه الفئة وأكشف القواعد القانونية الحامية لحقوقهم كفئة مهمشة، وأخوض في إجراءات التعامل مع أي حالة مماثلة وفقًا للتنظيمات القانونِية. The Israeli occupation has persistently waged a systematic and deliberate campaign of aggression against Gaza since October 7th. Employing the most brutal military technology, the occupation has been harvesting lives, obliterating the identity of the Gaza Strip, and flagrantly violating all international laws and treaties. This has resulted in a multitude of humanitarian catastrophes, including forced displacement, starvation, and attacks on civilian infrastructure such as hospitals, schools, and cultural centers. Among the most devastating consequences is the plight of Palestinian children who have lost one or both parents due to the conflict, facing a bleak future both legally and practically. This research aims to shed light on the plight of this vulnerable group and to elucidate the legal frameworks designed to protect their rights as a marginalized segment of society. It will delve into the procedures and protocols for addressing similar cases in accordance with relevant legal frameworks
