الملخص
تعتبر دراسة جيوبوليتيك المنصات الرقمية مشربا معرفيا بالغ الأهمية في ظل التحولات المعاصرة لمفهوم القوة والسيطرة، فالهيمنة لم تعد مقتصرة على التمدد الجغرافي فقط (الهيمنة الكلاسيكية) بل انتقلت نحو الفضاءات الرقمية للسيطرة على الإدراك البشري، وعليه فإن التفكيك شيفرة عمل هذه الآليات يعد ضرورة ملحة تساعد على الفهم المبدئي لطبيعة "الإمبريالية الجديدة" التي تتجاوز فرضية احتلال الأرض إلى استعباد العقول واختراق السيادة القومية والترابية للدول، وهذا طبعا عبر هندسة البيانات الضخمة وتوظيفها. ترمي هذه الدراسة في جوهرها إلى الرصد والتحليل النظري للآليات التقنية والسياسية التي تكرس من خلالها تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي أشكالا مستحدثة من التبعية والهيمنة الرقمية على المستوى الدولي والمحلي (الرأي العام السيبراني) وتسعى لسبر أغوار المحددات التي تحكم عمليات التلاعب الممنهج بالمنصات التفاعلية بأنواعها، فهذا البحث يهدف إلى تقديم إطار مفاهيمي وتفسيري، يوضح مسارات تحول التكنولوجيا من أداة تواصل إلى سلاح جيوبوليتيكي قادر على إعادة رسم محددات الصراع السياسي وصولا إلى استشراف مآلات هذا الصراع الضمني . The study of the geopolitics of digital platforms is a crucial area of knowledge in light of the contemporary transformations in the concepts of power and control. Hegemony is no longer limited to geographical expansion (classical hegemony) but has moved into digital spaces to control human perception. Therefore, deciphering the workings of these mechanisms is an urgent necessity that helps in the initial understanding of the nature of "neo-imperialism," which transcends the premise of occupying land to enslave minds and violate national and territorial sovereignty. This is achieved, of course, through the engineering and manipulation of big data. This study, in essence, aims to monitor and theoretically analyze the technical and political mechanisms through which artificial intelligence applications entrench new forms of dependency and digital hegemony at the international and local levels (cyber public opinion). It seeks to delve into the determinants that govern the systematic manipulation of various types of interactive platforms. This research aims to provide a conceptual and explanatory framework that clarifies the paths of technology's transformation from a communication tool to a geopolitical weapon capable of redrawing the parameters of political conflict, ultimately leading to the anticipation of the outcomes of this implicit conflict.
