المراجعات الفكرية واثرها في مواجهة الجماعات الاصولية المتطرفة

الملخص
يناقش البحث محورين اساسيين يتمثلان باهمية اعاد قراءة ومراجعة المجال الفقهي والتراث الاسلامي بصورته النقية، او تجاوز هذه الجماعات لهذا التراث لغرض مغادرة العنف والتطرف والتشدد الذي تؤمن به كمنطلقات "للجهاد" ضد الآخر، وفقاً لهذا الفقه والتراث، من خلال اعادة قراءة ومراجعة هذين المفصلين الذين تستند عليهما الجماعات والحركات الاصولية المتطرفة في تبرير فتاوى القتل وشرعنة عملياتها المتطرفة بوسائل لاتمت للاسلام النقي بصلة، وهما : اعادة قراءة التراث الاصولي لهذه الحركات، ومعالجة مسألة التكفير، وصولا لنتيجة : ان المراجعات تعد احد استراتيجيات مواجهة التطرف العنيف للجماعات والحركات الاصولية المعاصرة، خاصة مع تحول بعض الجماعات من الجهاد التكفيري الى ممارسة السلطة والدخول بانساق العمل السياسي. This study examines two central themes: the importance of re-examining and reassessing the jurisprudential domain and the Islamic heritage in their authentic form, and whether extremist groups are capable of transcending this inherited framework in order to abandon the violence, extremism, and rigidity they uphold as foundations for “jihad” against the other according to their interpretations of jurisprudence and tradition. The research highlights the need to revisit and critically evaluate the two main pillars upon which extremist fundamentalist movements rely to justify their fatwas of killing and to legitimize their violent operations through means that bear no relation to the true essence of Islam. These pillars are: Re-reading the foundational heritage adopted by such movements, and Addressing the issue of takfīr (excommunication. The study concludes that intellectual revisions represent one of the key strategies for countering violent extremism within contemporary fundamentalist groups and movements, particularly as some of these groups have shifted from takfiri jihad toward exercising authority and participating in political processes.
