Digital Twins, Proactive Frameworks Of Industrial Risk Management.

Abstract
Digital twins can be seen as a major paradigm shift in risk management of industry, shifting the focus towards the reactive approach to risk management, and on the proactive forecasting and prevention. In this paper I will discuss how these virtual replicas help in real time monitoring and smarter decision making. The IoT, AI, and data analytics combination, like in this case, can produce 95% fault detection and minimize the cases of unexpected downtime by 45. The paper has developed a comprehensive system that contributes to productivity and safety in the Industry 4.0 environments.
