الملخص
يهدف هذا البحث إلى تسليط الضوء على دور الصحافة الإصلاحية في منطقة سيدي عقبة (بسكرة) خلال الفترة الاستعمارية، باعتبارها رافداً أساسياً للحركة الإصلاحية الوطنية في الجزائر. يتناول المقال في مستهله الأوضاع العامة للجزائر إبان الفترة الاستعمارية، ثم يعرج على نشأة الحركة الإصلاحية ودور الوسيلة الإعلامية (الصحافة) في نشر الوعي الاجتماعي والسياسي. كما يركز البحث بشكل خاص على "الصحافة العقبية"، مستعرضاً خصوصية منطقة سيدي عقبة وتأثيرها العلمي، مع ضبط مصطلح "العقبيون" ودلالاته التاريخية. وينتهي المقال بتقديم تراجم وسير لأبرز أعلام الصحافة في هذه المنطقة الذين ساهموا بأقلامهم في مقارعة الاستعمار والنهوض بالمجتمع الجزائري. خلصت الدراسة إلى أن الصحافة في سيدي عقبة لم تكن مجرد وسيلة إخبارية، بل كانت منبراً فكرياً أسس لمشروع نهضوي متكامل. Abstract : This research aims to highlight the role of the reformist press in the Sidi Okba region (Biskra) During the colonial period , considering it a fundamental pillar of the national reformist movement in Algeria. The article begins by examining the general conditions of Algeria during the colonial period, then moves to the emergence of the reformist movement and the role of the press as a medium for spreading social and political awareness. Furthermore, the study focuses specifically on "Okbi journalism," exploring the distinctiveness of the Sidi Okba region and its intellectual influence, while defining the term "Al-Okbiyyun" and its historical connotations. The article concludes by presenting biographies of the most prominent journalistic figures in this region who contributed through their writings to resisting colonialism and advancing Algerian society. The study concludes that the press in Sidi Okba was not merely an informative tool but an intellectual platform that established a comprehensive revivalist project.
