قيم التجديد في الخطاب القرآني وتجلّياتها في البيان النبوي دراسة تأصيلية في ضوء الكتاب والسنة

الملخص
الملخص: يتناول هذا البحث قيمةَ التجديد بوصفها أصلًا راسخًا في الخطاب القرآني شكلًا ومضمونًا، ويبحث في تجلّيات هذه القيمة في البيان النبوي الذي هو الشرح التطبيقي للوحي المُنزَّل. وينطلق من إشكالية مركزية مفادها: كيف أرسى الخطاب القرآني قيمَ التجديد في بنائه ومعانيه، وكيف جاء البيان النبوي مُحقِّقًا لها ومُنزِّلًا إيّاها في واقع الأمة؟ واعتمد البحث المنهجين الاستقرائي والتحليلي في تتبّع النصوص الشرعية واستنطاق دلالاتها، مع الالتزام بتخريج الأحاديث وبيان درجتها. وخلص إلى أنّ التجديد في التصوّر الإسلامي إحياءٌ للدين وتنقيةٌ له من الدخيل لا تبديلٌ لأصوله، وأنّ شكل الخطاب القرآني ومضمونه يحملان طاقةً تجديديةً دائمة، وأنّ السنة النبوية مثّلت النموذج التطبيقي الأمثل في تنزيل هذه القيم بضوابط تَصِل الاجتهادَ بالثابت، وتجمع بين الأصالة والمرونة. الكلمات المفتاحية: التجديد، الخطاب القرآني، البيان النبوي، السنة، القيم، الأصالة والمعاصرة. ABSTRACT: This research examines the value of renewal (tajdīd) as a deeply rooted principle in the Qur’anic discourse—in both its form and its content—and investigates the manifestations of this value in the Prophetic exposition (al-bayān al-nabawī), which is the applied explanation of the revealed message. It proceeds from a central problem: how did the Qur’anic discourse establish the values of renewal in its structure and meanings, and how did the Prophetic exposition realize and actualize them in the life of the Muslim community? The study adopts the inductive and analytical methods in tracing the legal texts and interrogating their significations, while committing to the authentication (takhrīj) of the hadiths and the statement of their grades. It concludes that renewal, in the Islamic conception, is a revival of the religion and a purification of it from extraneous accretions—not a substitution of its foundations; that the form and content of the Qur’anic discourse carry a perpetual renewing energy; and that the Prophetic Sunnah represented the ideal applied model for actualizing these values through controls that link ijtihād to the firmly established constants, combining authenticity with flexibility.
