Abstract

The study titled 'The Role of Strategic Human Resource Management in Enhancing the Sustainability of Tourism Investment Projects' focuses on the importance of strategic human resource management in improving the effectiveness and efficiency of tourism projects in southern Algeria, particularly in the hotels and tourism investments located in this region. The study highlights the role of human capital development in enhancing service quality and increasing visitor satisfaction, as well-trained and motivated employees are crucial for the success of these tourism projects. Through a case study of hotels in southern Algeria, the study illustrates how strategic management can contribute to improving employee performance through continuous training strategies, leadership development, and fosteri. This study examines the critical role of strategic human resource management (SHRM) in enhancing the sustainability of tourism investment projects in southern Algeria, with a focus on hotels and tourism investments. It emphasizes the significance of human capital development in improving service quality and visitor satisfaction, highlighting that well-trained and motivated employees are essential for the success of these projects. Through a case study of hotels in the region, the research illustrates how strategic management practices, including continuous training, leadership development, and employee engagement, contribute to enhanced employee performance and overall project sustainability
