Abstract

Corporate Social Responsibility has emerged as one of the most significant modern management approaches, reflecting an organization's commitment to economic, social, and environmental issues. Accordingly, this study aims to analyze the impact of adopting CSR on achieving sustainable competitive excellence, considering it a strategic choice that supports performance, growth, and long-term distinction. Our study employed a descriptive-analytical methodology, integrating theoretical frameworks with a case study of Wassim Hydrotech, based on its official reports and documents. The study concluded that CSR serves as a genuine lever for organizations, contributing to building competitiveness and achieving economic, social, and environmental sustainability. JEL Classification: M1, M14, M21, P3. برزت المسؤولية الاجتماعية كأحد أهم المداخل الإدارية المتطورة للمنظمات، والتي تعكس مدى التزامها بالقضايا الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والبيئية، وعليه هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل أثر تبني المسؤولية الاجتماعية للمنظمات على تحقيق التميز التنافسي المستدام، باعتبارها خيار استراتيجي يسمح بدعم الأداء والنمو والتميز التنافسي المستدام. اعتمدنا في دراستنا على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي من خلال دمج الجانب النظري بدراسة حالة على شركة Wassim Hydrotech وذلك بالاعتماد على التقارير والوثائق الخاصة بها. وانتهت الدراسة بنتائج اهمها أن المسؤولية الاجتماعية هي رافعة حقيقية للمنظمات كونها تساهم في بناء تنافسيتها وتحقيق الاستدامة الاقتصادية، الاجتماعية والبيئية. الكلمات مفتاحية: المسؤولية الاجتماعية، التميز التنافسي المستدام، التنمية المستدامة، شركة Wassim Hydrotech. تصنيفاتJEL : P3 ;M21; M14 ; M1
