الأمن الفكري في المجتمع الإسلامي بين الأهمية الشرعية والتحديات المعاصرة: دراسة في ضوء الهدايات السماوية

الملخص
تتناول هذه المقالة المعنونة بــ : الأمن الفكري في المجتمع الإسلامي: بين الأهمية الشرعية والتحديات المعاصرة: دراسة في ضوء الهدايات السماوية، إشكالية تحقيق الأمن الفكري في ظل التحولات الفكرية الراهنة، وبيان الوسائل الشرعية والعملية الكفيلة بحمايته وضمان استقراره. اعتمد البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وجاءت خطته متدرجة من التأطير المفاهيمي إلى التأصيل الشرعي والمقارنة مع الهدايات السماوية، ثم تحليل التحديات المعاصرة، وتحديد الجهات المسؤولة، وآليات الحماية والتصدي لها، ثم بيان آثار الأمن الفكري على الفرد والمجتمع. وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن الأمن الفكري ركيزة أساسية لحفظ الدين والعقل، وأن تحقيقه يتطلب تكاملا بين التأصيل الشرعي والوعي الحضاري، والمعالجة الواقعية للتحديات، مع الاستفادة من القيم المشتركة بين الأديان لتعزيز الاستقرار والتعايش. وأوصت الدراسة بإنشاء مراكز بحثية متخصصة وتفعيل الحوار العلمي داخل المؤسسات التربوية والاجتماعية لترسيخ الهوية وتعزيز الاستقرار الفكري. Abstract: This article, titled: Intellectual Security in Islamic Society: Between Legitimate Importance and Contemporary Challenges – A Study in the Light of Divine Guidance, addresses the challenge of achieving intellectual security amidst ongoing intellectual transformations. It aims to clarify the Sharia-based and practical means capable of protecting it and ensuring its stability. The research adopts a descriptive analytical method. Its structure progresses from conceptual framing to establishing Sharia foundations and drawing comparisons with divine guidance. It then analyzes contemporary challenges, identifies the responsible entities, and outlines mechanisms for protection and counteraction. Subsequently, it details the effects of intellectual security on both the individual and society. The study concludes that intellectual security is a fundamental pillar for the preservation of religion and the intellect. Achieving it requires an integration of Sharia-based foundations, civilizational awareness, and realistic approaches to challenges, while also leveraging common values among religions to enhance stability and coexistence. The study recommends the establishment of specialized research centers and the activation of academic dialogue within educational and social institutions to entrench identity and strengthen intellectual stability.
