الملخص
التشخيص النفسي هو مجمل العمليات والخطوات التي يتم من خلالها التعرف على المرض وتقييم درجته وشدته، ومن ثم وضع الشخص في فئة تشخيصية مرضية معينة. وتعد الأنظمة التصنيفية أهم المرجعيات في تشخيص الاكتئاب، حتى أنه يتم الربط مباشرة بين كلمة تشحيص نفسي وبين هذه الأنظمة، ويعد الدليل التشخيصي والإحصائي الصادر عن الجمعية الأمريكية للطب النفسي بطبعاته المختلفة أهم هذه الأنظمة التصنيفية، وجاءت هذه الورقة لإبراز معالم الاضطراب الاكتئابي، ومعايير تشخيصه وفق الطبعتين الأخيرتين للدليل، ثم قراءة في أهم الفروق التشخيصية بينهما. Abstract: psychological diagnosis is the totality of the processes and steps through which a disease is identified its degree and severity is assessed, and placed the person in a specific diagnostic category. Classification systems are the most important reference in diagnising depression, so much so that the word diagnosis is directly linked to these systems. The diagnosic and Statistical Manuel issued by the American Psychiatric Assiciation in its various editions, is considered the most important of this classification systems. This paper aims to highlight the features of depression and the criteria for its diagnosis accirding to the last two editions of the manuel, and then read the most differences between them.
