الفاعلية السرديّة للمادّة قراءة ايكولوجية ماديّة في رواية: فلافل النازحين بوصفها تمثيلاً لأدب اليافعين

الملخص

يتناول هذا البحث رواية سماح إدريس الموجّهة لليافعين، فلافل النازحين، مع التركيز على الحرب بوصفها الموضوع الرئيس في الرواية، من خلال منظور النقد البيئي المادّي كما نظّرت له سيرينيلا يوفينو وسيربيل أوبرمان. يقوم هذا المنظور على اقتراح قراءة جديدة للمادّة، تفتح أفقاً تأويليّاً فيتحوّل فيه ما هو مادّي إلى عنصرٍ فاعلٍ، لهُ قدرة سرديّة ويجسّد "مادّة محمّلة بالقصص". تتناثر هذه المادّة السرديّة في الحياة اليوميّة، فهي حاضرة في الهواء الذي نتنفّسه، والطعام الذي نأكله، وفي الأشياء والكائنات، الحيّة منها وغير الحيّة. تحلّل هذه المقالة ثلاثة عناصر مادّية في الرواية: الحديقة، والقرد (اللعبة)، والفلافل، وذلك من خلال فحص فاعليتها السرديّة والقصص التي تحملها. ويبيّن التحليل أن هذه العناصر المادّية تحمل قصصها الخاصة، وتشارك في سرديات الشخصيات، وتؤدي دوراً فاعلاً في تطوّرها وحلّها. وهكذا ستعمل جميع أشكال المادّة، الحيّة وغير الحيّة بوصفها عوامل سرديّة قائمة بذاتها، إلى جانب الشخصيات البشريّة داخل النص. Abstract This article examines Samah Idris young adult novel Falāfil al-Nāziḥīn (The Falafel of the Displaced), focusing on war as the novel's central theme, through the lens of material ecocriticism as theorized by Serenella Iovino and Serpil Oppermann. Material ecocriticism proposes a new reading of matter, opening an interpretive horizon in which matter is no longer inert but agentic, possessing narrative agency and embodying storied matter. This storied matter pervades everyday life, present in the air we breathe, the food we eat, and in things and beings, both animate and inanimate. This article analyzes three material elements in the novel, the garden, the toy monkey, and the falafel, examining their narrative agency and the stories borne within them. The analysis finds that these material elements carry stories of their own, participate in the characters' narratives, and play an active role in their resolution. The novel thus illustrates how all matter, animate and inanimate, functions as a narrative agent in its own right, alongside human characters within the text.
