الملخص

تهدف هذه المداخلة التعرف على أهم المشاركين في الحوكمة التشاركية ودورهم في التنمية السياحية في منطقة واد سوف استخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي مع منهج دراسة الحالة تم جمع البيانات من مختلف الوثائق ذات الصلة بالموضوع تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي في وصف الوقائع الجغرافية المرتبطة بالسياحة (الظواهر الطبيعية و الإرث العمراني والبشري)، بينما استخدم المنهج التحليلي في تحليل البيانات ومن بين النتائج المتوصل إليها من خلال الدراسة تفكك العلاقات التعاونية بين الفاعلين نظرا للقيود الداخلية التي تعاني منها المنطقة فرضت عدة تحديات منها الوسط الطبيعي، تأخر المشاريع المرتبطة بقطاع السياحة، غياب رؤية إستراتيجية لتحسين الجذب السياحي وبالتالي فإن العلاقة بين الفاعلين الحاليين لا يمكن أن تساهم في تحسينها وضعية السياحة الحرارية بالمنطقة. . This intervention aims to identify the most important participants in cooperative governance and their role in tourism development in the Oued Souf province. The research used the descriptive and analytical approach with the case study approach. Data was collected from various documents related to the topic. The descriptive approach was used in describing the geographical facts related to tourism (natural phenomena and... Urban and human heritage), the analytical method was used to analyze the data and conclude. Among the results reached through the study was the disintegration of cooperative relations between the actors due to the internal restrictions that the region suffers from, which imposed several challenges, including the natural environment, the delay of projects related to the tourism sector, and the absence of a strategic vision to improve tourist attraction. Therefore, the relationship between the current actors cannot contribute to Improving the status of thermal tourism in the region.
