دور تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي في تطوير وتحسين التعليم الالكتروني في مؤسسات التعليم العالي

الملخص
هدفت هذه الدراسة الى توضيح الامكانيات التي توفرها تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي واستخدامـاتها و الاستفادة المثلى للطالب و الأستاذ للوصول الى الجودة عالية في التعليم الإلكتروني باعتباره قائم لا محال في الجامعات حتى بعد انتهاء جائحة كوفيد 19 ,وهذا من خلال عرض المفاهيم الاساسية للتـعليم الالكتروني و الذكاء الاصطناعي و التعريف بفعالية استخدامهما في مؤسسات التعليم العالي بالاعتـــماد على المنهج الوصفي ثم تقسيم الدراسة الى محوريين رئيسيين ,يتضمن الاول منهما ماهية التـعليم الإلكتروني, أما الثاني فيتضمن استخدامات الذكاء الاصطناعي في مجال التعليم الإلـكتروني في مؤسسات التعليم العالي . وخلصت الدراسة الى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: أن استخدام تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي في الجامعة يساهم بدرجة كبيرة في ضمان الجودة وتحسين التعليم الإلكتروني من حيث أنه يحسن الأداء الأكاديمي للطلاب، ويسهل أغلب إجراءات العملية التعليمية على أعضاء هيئة التدريس This study aimed at identifying the possibilities provided by artificial intelligence applications and their uses, as well as the best possible use for the student And professor to reach high quality in e-learning, as it is inevitably present in universities even after the end of the Covid 19 pandemic. By presenting the basic concepts of e-learning, artificial intelligence and defining the effectiveness of their use in higher education institutions, relying on the descriptive approach and then dividing the study into two main themes, the first represents the nature of e-learning, whereas the second includes the uses of artificial intelligence in the field of e-learning in higher education institutions. The study concluded with a set of results, the most notably: The use of artificial intelligence applications at the university contributes greatly to quality assurance and improves e-learning to the extent that it enhances the academic performance of students, and facilitates most of the educational process procedures for faculty members
