تقييم تجربة ضمان جودة التعليم العالي بالجزائر في ظل الأزمة الصحية –دراسة ميدانية-

الملخص
: تسعى الدراسة لتقييم جودة المعيار (ت161) الوارد في المرجع الوطني لضمان الجودة في الجزائر والمتعلق بالتعليم عن بعد وهذا وفق دراسة سنة 2021 من خلال دراسة تطبيقية بجامعة أدرار في ظل الحالة الاستثنائية التي فرضها فيروس كوفيد 19 للتعرف على أثر تطبيق متطلبات المرجع الوطني لضمان الجودة وفقا لإمكانيات المؤسسة الجامعية بهدف تحسين خدماتها والتزامها بمسؤولياتها البحثية والبيداغوجية تجاه الطلبة والأساتذة، بالتعرف على أهم اللجان النشطة في مجال ضمان جودة التعليم العالي بالجزائر واعتمادا على معايير ضمان الجودة مع العلم أن عملية التقييم انطلقت أول مرة سنة 2017، توصلت الدراسة إلى أن تقييم معيار التعليم عن بعد كان أقل من المتوسط حيث بلغ 1.33 من 4، ووجود قابلية لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس بالعمل على تنويع أنماط التعليم لإرساء مبادئ ثقافة الجودة ومسايرة التطور الحاصل في استخدام وسائل الاتصال في التعليم العالي، وضرورة تفعيل عمل الهيئات واللجان التي نص عليها المرجع الوطني لضمان الجودة والتي من شأنها أن تحافظ على السير الحسن للدراسة في ظل انتشار فيروس كوفيد 19. Enter The study seeks to assess the quality of the standard (F161) mentioned in the national reference for quality assurance in Algeria related to Distance Learning, according to the study of the year 2021 through an applied study at the University of Adrar in light of the exceptional case imposed by the Covid 19 virus to identify the impact of applying the requirements of the national reference for quality assurance according to the capabilities of the institution The university aims to improve its services and its commitment to its research and pedagogical responsibilities towards students and professors, by identifying the most active committees in the field of quality assurance of higher education in Algeria and based on quality assurance standards, knowing that the evaluation process was launched for the first time in 2017, The study found that the evaluation of the Distance Learning standard was less than the average, reaching 1.33 out of 4, and the presence of faculty members working to diversify learning patterns to establish the principles of a culture of quality and keep pace with the development in the use of means of communication in higher education, and the need to activate the work of bodies and committees That was stipulated by the National Quality Assurance Reference, which would maintain the smooth running of the study in light of the spread of the Covid 19 virus
