الملخص
الذكاء الإصطناعي آلية لمساعدة القضاء في اتخاذ القرارات الصحيحة و استخلاص النتائج الناجعة في وقت أسرع و يعد الذكاء الاصطناعي وجها جديدا للقضاء أمام المحاكم للتخفيف من عبء القضايا ماديا و معنويا، ولكن بضوابط و أخلاقيات تضعها اتفاقيات دولية و قوانين لضبط معايير استعمال هذه الآلية و الحد من آثارها السلبية Artificial intelligence is a mechanism to assist the judiciary in making the right decisions and drawing effective results in a faster time. Artificial intelligence is a new aspect of the judiciary before the courts to reduce the burden of cases financially and morally, but with controls and ethics set by international agreements and laws to set standards for using this mechanism and limit its negative effects.
