The Role Of Knowledge Management In Ensuring The Quality Of Higher Education –an Exploratory Study From The Faculty Point Of View At Biskra University-

Abstract

This study aims to identify the role of knowledge management application requirements in ensuring the quality of higher education, through an exploratory study from the faculty members’ perspective at the University of Biskra. To achieve the study’s objectives, a questionnaire was designed and distributed to a sample of 300 faculty members. Data were analyzed using the SPSS statistical program. The findings revealed a significant relationship between knowledge management application requirements and the assurance of quality (inputs, processes, and outputs) at the university under study. The results also indicated a meaningful role of knowledge management requirements in enhancing the overall quality of higher education.
