الملخص
Any careful observer of intellectual life in Ottoman Algeria would notice the clear diminance of traditional relgious sciences –such as quranic inteprude scholarly cicles And written work this was natural as Algerian muslim derived their way of life from islamec teachings hiwever these sciences and remove what had tainted them their islamic reformist mivement inevitably led to clashes with the traditional scholars and gurists of their time whi advocated stagnation and blind imitation this confict produced seious consequences on evidence and proof
