This study aims to shed light on the smart invoicing system in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its impact on financial efficiency and smart payment management. The country has witnessed a significant digital transformation across various sectors, particularly in financial management. Among the pioneering initiatives, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development has developed this system, which leverages artificial intelligence to analyze payment data, predict beneficiaries' financial behavior, and reduce delayed payments. The study has demonstrated that the implementation of the system has led to improved cash flows, increased financial collection efficiency, and enhanced financial transparency within government institutions. Additionally, the system has contributed to reducing operational costs associated with invoice management and providing accurate analytical insights for decision-makers. This, in turn, supports the achievement of Saudi Vision 2030’s objectives in digital transformation and effective financial governance.
