مدارس تلمسان الزيانية وموقف الفقهاء من نشاطها العلمي بين التأييد والمعارضة

الملخص
عُرفت الدولة الزيانية باهتمامها الكبير بالعلم والعلماء رغم التّقهقر السّياسي الذي أصابها، حيث تسابق سلاطينها في استقدام جهابذة العلم من مختلف أقطار المغرب الإسلامي؛ وقد بذلوا في سبيل ذلك ما أمكنهم من جهد؛ إلى حدّ التنافس مع حكام دول الجوار، وكتعظيم منهم لمَقدَمِهم؛ واستثمارا لعلومهم؛ وتهيئةً للجو العلمي لهم؛ وضع سلاطين بني عبد الواد بتلمسان سِتّ مدارس تجاوزت شهرتها الغرب الإسلامي، حيث توافد عليها طلبة العلم من كل طرف. وعلى الرغم من أهمية هذه المدارس في نشر العلوم وتكوين رجالات الفكر؛ إلاّ أنّه ارتفعت نداءات من بعض فقهاء تلمسان تعارض مشروعية بنائها، وتنادي ببدعتها وخطورتها على قدسية التعليم؛ وسلامة انتقال السند. ومن هذا المنطلق ارتأينا البحث في هذا الموضوع بدراسة عنّوناها بـ: "مدارس تلمسان الزيانية وموقف الفقهاء من نشاطها العلمي بين التأييد والمعارضة" بهدف التعريف بهذه المنشآت العلمية المميّزة، وعرض ومناقشة نظرة كل من الفقهاء المعارضين والمؤيدين لنشاطاتها. The Zayani state has been known for its great interest in science and scientists despite its political regression that affected it at that time, as its sultans rushed to bring top scientists from various countries from the Islamic Maghreb. They did their best to fulfill their purpose to the extent of competing with the rulers of the neighboring countries. As a tribute to these scientists for their great contribution and investment of their knowledge; and to create a scientific atmosphere for them, the Sultans of Banu Zeyan in Tlemcen built six schools whose fame exceeded horizons. Science students from all parts of the Islamic West came to these schools to study and learn. Despite the importance of these schools in spreading science and training students to become men of thoughts and science, there were calls from some scholars in Tlemcen opposing the legitimacy of the establishment of these schools, calling for their inventiveness and danger to learning and the safety of the transmition of the Sanad. Based on these facts, we decided to make research on this topic with a scientific intervention under the title: «Tlemcen schools during the Zayani era and scholars’ position towards their scientific activity, between support and opposition», with the aim of introducing these distinguished educational and scientific facilities, and discussing the different views of both opposition scholars and supporters of their establishment and scientific activities.
