عوائق التقويم التكويني لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس في الجامعة

الملخص
تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن عوائق تطبيق التقويم التكويني لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس بالجامعة، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام استبيان خاص بعوائق التقويم التكويني من تصميم الباحثة أما عينة الدراسة فقد بلغت (110) أستاذ جامعي من كلية العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية بجامعة تيزي وزو وقد تم اختيارها بطريقة عشوائية كما تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي وللإجابة على أسئلة الدراسة واختبار الفرضيات تم الاعتماد على النسب المؤوية والمتوسطات الحسابية واختبار(ت) وقد أسفرت الدراسة على نتائج مفادها: يواجه أعضاء هيئة التدريس عوائق في تطبيقهم للتقويم التكويني من وجهة نظرهم حيث استجاب اغلب أفراد عينة الدراسة بموافق على المعوقات الواردة في أداة الدراسة بنسب مختلفة. لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في عوائق التقويم التكويني لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس تعود للرتبة الأكاديمية. الكلمات المفتاحية: عوائق، التقويم، التكويني، هيئة التدريس،الجامعة. Abstract: This study aimed at identifying the obstacles to the application of formative assessment among university faculty members. To achieve the study's objectives, a questionnaire on the obstacles to formative assessment, designed by the researcher, was used. The study sample consisted of (110) A university professor from the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at Tizi Ouzou University was chosen randomly. The descriptive method was used, and to answer the study questions and test the hypotheses, proportional ratios, arithmetic means, and t-tests were used. The study yielded the following results: Faculty members face obstacles in implementing formative assessment, from their perspective. The majority of the study sample agreed with the obstacles identified in the research instrument, albeit to varying degrees. No statistically significant differences were found in the obstacles to formative assessment among faculty members based on their academic rank.
