النشاط الصناعي في مدن نوميديا خلال الفترة الرومانية

الملخص
تعد الصناعة العصب الحيوي للاقتصاد بحيث أنها تقدم مؤشرا واضحا على القوة والازدهار، وهذا ما سعت إليه الامبراطورية الرومانية في سياستها التوسعية بنوميديا حيث لم تكتف بالسيطرة العسكرية وبسط نفوذها على الأرض فحسب بل انتهجت سياسة استيطانية توسعية استهدفت نهب الموارد وتحويلها إلى مواد استهلاكية تدعم بها الاقتصاد الروماني، وعليه تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز أنواع الصناعات المنتشرة بمدن نوميديا في الفترة الرومانية، وتوضيح المساعي المبذولة في تطوير النشاط الصناعي بالإشارة إلى البنية التحتية المتمثلة في الورشات والمعاصر سواء العامة أو الخاصة دون أن ننسى دور اليد العاملة المحلية. أسفر البحث عن مجموعة نتائج: تجسد نجاح النشاط الصناعي في نوميديا بظهور الورشات التي عملت على معالجة خيرات الأرض وتصنيعها كسلع استهلاكية مثل: ورشات خاصة بالصناعة الغذائية والتعدين والنحت والفخار، كما ظهرت ورشات حرفية أخرى خدماتية كورشات تنظيف الملابس. . كلمات مفتاحية: النشاط الصناعي ، نوميديا، الفترة الرومانية، الورشات. Industry represents the vital backbone of the economy, serving as a clear indicator of power and prosperity. This was the primary objective of the Roman Empire in its expansionist policy within Numidia. Rome did not limit itself to military control and territorial dominance; rather, it pursued a systematic settler-expansionist policy aimed at plundering natural resources and converting them into consumer goods to bolster the Roman economy, Accordingly, this study aims to highlight the various types of industries prevalent in Numidian cities during the Roman period. It also clarifies the efforts made to develop industrial activity, with particular reference to the infrastructure—represented by both public and private workshops and presses—while acknowledging the crucial role of the local labor force. The research yielded several key findings: The success of industrial activity in Numidia was manifested in the emergence of workshops dedicated to processing the land's riches and manufacturing them into consumer commodities, such as food processing, mining, sculpture, and pottery workshops. Additionally, other service-oriented craft workshops appeared, such as those for laundering (fulling) and garment cleaning.
