Abstract
Abstract: This article examines and analyzes the National Judicial Pole for Combating Terrorism and Transnational Organized Crime as a specialized judicial mechanism established by the Algerian legislator under Law No. 25-14 amending the Code of Criminal Procedure. The research aims to define the conceptual framework of this pole, review its subject-matter and national jurisdiction, and analyze its newly introduced procedural mechanisms such as infiltration and technical surveillance. The study also reveals the pole's role in enhancing the effectiveness of combating terrorism and organized crime, as well as the challenges it faces, concluding with the importance of this judicial specialization as a fundamental pillar for protecting national security and activating international judicial cooperation. ملخص: يتناول هذا المقال بالدراسة والتحليل القطب الجزائي الوطني لمكافحة الإرهاب والجريمة المنظمة عبر الوطنية كآلية قضائية متخصصة استحدثها المشرع الجزائري بموجب القانون 25-14 المعدل لقانون الإجراءات الجزائية. يهدف البحث إلى تحديد الإطار المفاهيمي لهذا القطب، واستعراض اختصاصاته النوعية والوطنية، وتحليل آلياته الإجرائية المستحدثة كالتسرب والمراقبة التقنية. كما يكشف الدراسة عن دور القطب في تعزيز فعالية مكافحة الإرهاب والجريمة المنظمة، والتحديات التي تواجهه، ليخلص إلى أهمية هذا التخصص القضائي كركيزة أساسية لحماية الأمن الوطني وتفعيل التعاون القضائي الدولي.
