This study investigates the relationship between burnout and coping styles among female physical education students at Setif 2 University, a population exposed to significant academic and physical stressors. Using a descriptive correlational design, data were collected from 30 first-year students. Burnout was assessed using Maslach's Burnout Inventory, and coping styles were measured through a structured questionnaire. Statistical analysis, including Pearson's correlation coefficient, revealed no significant associations between burnout and problem-solving or effective coping styles. In contrast, a significant positive correlation was found between burnout and emotional coping strategies. These findings emphasize the vital function of emotional coping in burnout and suggest the need for targeted interventions to enhance adaptive coping among female sports students.
