Updating The Algerian General Economic Law In The Light Of Digitization

Abstract

Technological developments in Algeria present many legal and economic opportunities that can contribute to enhancing economic growth, but at the same time impose challenges on existing legal systems. To ensure that the economy benefits from these technologies in a balanced manner, decision-makers and legislators must continuously update laws, taking into account the protection of individual rights, ensuring fair competition, and providing an environment that encourages innovation and sustainable growth.
