الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى رصد الحركة العلمية لأهم المشيخات العلمية والفقهية ببلاد الغرب الإسلامي خلال القرن الثامن للهجرة، في مجال التفسير والتعليم والتأليف. وذلك بتسليط الضوء على كتاب: "النكت والتنبيهات في تفسير القرآن المجيد" الذي يمثل الدعامة الأساسية لمجالس العلم والتفسير للإمام والفقيه أبي عبد الله ابن عرفة الورغمي التونسي المالكي، المروى عن طريق تلميذه أبو العباس أحمد البسيلي حفظاً وجمعاً. كما نسعى إلى إبراز الأهمية التاريخية للكتاب. وكذا الكشف عن قيمته العلمية في ميدان العلوم الشرعيّة أو الفقهية، بصفته من المصادر الهامة في التوثيق التاريخي، والعطاء العلمي في بلاد الغرب الإسلامي؛ لما يحمله من معلومات وفوائد تاريخية من شأنها إثراء الرصيد العلمي للباحثين في مجال الدراسات والأبحاث العلمية الأكاديمية. This study spots the light on the scientific movement of the most important scientific and jurisprudential circles (mashyakhat) in the lands of the Islamic West during the eighth century Hidjri, specifically in the fields of Tafsir (exegesis), education, and authorship. This is achieved by shedding light on the book: "Al-Nukat wa al-Tanbihat fi Tafsir al-Qur'an al-Majid" (The Insights and Reminders in the Interpretation of the Glorious Qur'an), which represents the basic pillar for the gatherings of knowledge and exegesis led by the Imam and Jurist Abu Abd Allah ibn Arafa al-Warghami al-Tunisi al-Maliki, as narrated by his student Abu al-Abbas Ahmad al-Basili through both memorization and compilation. Furthermore, we seek to highlight the historical importance of the book and reveal its scientific value in the field of legal or jurisprudential sciences, as it is one of the important sources for historical documentation and scientific contribution in the the west Islamic lands; this is due to the information and historical benefits it contains that are capable of enriching the scientific balance for researchers in the field of academic studies and research
