Abstract

abstract: Electronic signature constitutes a vital legal and technological mechanism for ensuring integrity and transparency in digital transactions, through authenticating the identity of the parties, protecting data, and preventing manipulation or forgery. Law No. 26-02 establishes a comprehensive framework that defines the reliability conditions of electronic signatures and ensures their linkage to data in such a manner that any subsequent alteration can be detected. This enhances the role of electronic signatures in combating corruption and reinforcing legal trust in digital transactions..
